Escort Services
The company is working close with the security partners to provide affordable and flexible escort services to the customer.
The charges are based on the customer’s requirements which included:

Goods In Transit Insurance
The company can special arrange insurance coverage for a particular shipments with a very competitive rate. The insurance may cover loss or damaged due to accident or other unforeseeable incident. Please refer to the insurance policies.
However, there is an excess for each claims and we have a team of specialists which included adjuster who can provide professional advises for the customer.

Please contact us if you wish to cover or increase the sum insured for particular shipments.

Custom Clearance
On top of private business partners, the company has a team of forwarding personnel to assist the customer to prepare the relevant documents to Royal Custom Malaysia for their import, export, transhipment, FTZ, FCZ, bonded warehouse, ICD, Port, airport and Singapore/Thailand clearance.


Global Positioning System (GPS)
Our selected truck is equipped with GPS and we have a team of specialists working hard 24 hours to monitoring & tracking the position of the truck. Print out can be generated as anytime upon request.
When there is any emergency incidents (such as hi-jack, accident, loss of contact), GPS personnel will inform the related officer to react to the incident as soon as possible.
